The Oswego County Health Department Rabies Response Unit is responsible for the safety of those exposed to domestic or wild animals.

If you have been exposed to a wild animal or have been bitten or scratched by a domestic animal, please call us. We can be reached at 315-349-3564 or after hours at 315-341-0086.

If you or your pet have contact with a bat, please call our office as soon as possible. Do not release the bat. It is important that we speak with you as soon as possible to ensure proper precautions are taken to keep you, your family, and your pets safe.
