Please contact the NYS Pause Enforcement Task Force for complaints regarding operations of non-essential businesses or gatherings, you may fill out the NYS PAUSE Enforcement Assistance Task Force’s online form or call 1-833-789-0470.


If you are an employee who would like to file a complaint against your employer about non-essential businesses that are continuing to operate, please visit the Department of Labor’s Complaint Form or call 1-888-469-7365.

To report a business not complying to the Governor's Executive Orders please call 212-416-8700.
